Academic Senate

The institution has constituted an Academic Senate to nourish and sustain academic ambience aimed at achieving excellence. The functions of the Senate include:

      Matters concerning teaching, courses of studies, conduct of examinations and results of the examinations, attendance and discipline amongst the students

  • Development of academic infrastructure

  • Supervision of working of the library

  • Promotion of quality training and research

  • Encourage holding of short-term courses, symposia etc. for industries & other institutions

  • Evaluate continuously the students for the award of scholarships, medals and prizes

  • Arrange corporate training for the students and expose them to the functioning of corporate world

  • Facilitate campus recruitment and improve their employability

  • Student counseling and welfare programs

  • Periodic review of the activities of the departments

  • Recommending of career growth procedures for the faculty and staff

  • Supervise the co-curricular and extra-curricular activities for the students for their healthy growth in academics, mind and body
